Winter of 2015 came around which means, time to put down the C++ and pick up the zbrush. This time around, I wanted to add 2 more pieces to my portfolio (ambitious). In addition, I wanted to test out my hard surface techniques. The last major things I worked on all involved organic meshes. So I shuffled my neurons around till I came up with the idea of a cyber guitar player (maybe not too original but it works)!
First steps were to model the guitar. Then, build the arms that carry it (doing a full human would required more than a month’s work).
